Voitier promoted to assistant director of College Station’s electric utility
Kim Voitier has been promoted to assistant director of College Station’s electric utility, Director Glenn Gavit said Thursday. She has served as the administration manager at College Station Utilities since 2021 and is in her 23rd year with the City of College Station, working in three departments.
