At 5:30 a.m. on Sunday, State Highway 6 and its access roads will be briefly closed in both directions between Southwest Parkway and Harvey Road. The closure is expected to last no more than an hour as crews address conflicts with electric infrastructure related to the SH6 widening project.

TxDOT will host its first public meeting about the State Highway 30 (Harvey Road) Corridor Plan on Tuesday from 5-7 p.m. at the Meyer Senior and Community Center. The meeting will be an open house with information boards and an opportunity to ask questions.
