Update on Lincoln Avenue Rehabilitation Project
Progress continues on Phase 2 of the Lincoln Avenue Rehabilitation Project, with sub-grade stabilization underway for Phase 2B from Monte Carlo to east of 1021 Lincoln Avenue. This phase is expected to be completed within three weeks.

City to celebrate “The Voice” champ with Aiden Ross Day event on Tuesday
The City of College Station will proclaim “Aiden Ross Day” in honor of “The Voice” champion at a special community celebration at Visit College Station (1207 Texas Ave.) from 6-7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 20. Admission and parking are free. The College Station native was crowned the winner of NBC’s popular series on Dec. 16.

City offices and facilities closed Monday for MLK Day
City of College Station offices and facilities will be closed on Monday in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Solid waste and recycling collections will operate on the normal schedule. The closures include the Ringer Library, Meyer Senior and Community Center, Halter Nature Center, Lincoln Recreation Center and Southwood Community Center.
