Most City of College Station offices and facilities will be closed Monday for Labor Day. Solid waste and recycling collections will operate on schedule, and Adamson Lagoon is open from noon-6 p.m.

Navigating alternative transportation in our community is easy thanks to the Brazos Valley Council of Governments' 2025 Transportation Resource Guide. It provides a comprehensive overview of funding sources, planning efforts, and various transportation options, including buses, shuttles, taxi services, and app-based services.

Our recent citizen survey confirmed what most of us already knew – College Station is a clean, safe, well-managed city that compares favorably with other cities at the state and national levels. City leaders also recognize that there are many areas needing improvement.
