City Encourages Utility Customers to Enroll in Paperless Billing

The City of College Station is encouraging utility customers to make billing simpler and more convenient by enrolling in Paperless Billing through the Customer Portal.
Paperless billing allows customers to securely view and manage their utility bills online while receiving notifications when new statements are available. The service provides quick access to billing information, reduces paper waste, and makes it easier to manage payments from anywhere.
To encourage participation, customers who are enrolled in Paperless Billing by April 13, 2026, will automatically be entered into a drawing to receive one of five $250 utility bill credits.
Customers who are already signed up for paperless billing are automatically included in the drawing and do not need to take any additional action.
How to Enroll in Paperless Billing
Customers can enroll in just a few steps through the City’s Customer Portal:
- Log in to your Customer Portal account
- From the homepage, click the “Go Paperless” link located under the “Pay Now” button
- Confirm your paperless billing preference
Customers who are not currently registered for the Customer Portal will need to create an account before enabling paperless billing.
Paperless billing provides a secure and convenient way to stay connected with your utility account while helping reduce paper usage.
