Biketober brings German culture, Sister City connections to B-CS on Oct. 10

The Bryan-College Station community is invited to celebrate cycling, culture and international friendship at Biketober on Saturday, Oct. 10, with a free 8.6-mile community bike ride connecting the two cities. The festivities begin at 9 a.m. at College Station City Hall, with the ride starting at 9:30. On-site registration opens at 8:30.

Riders will depart City Hall and follow the route to the farmers market at Bryan Midtown Park for a wellness stop featuring live German music before returning to City Hall around 11 a.m. The event features German-inspired food, music, games, children's bike safety activities, family activities, and community booths in City Hall’s south parking lot from 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
