Utility Customer Service Returning to Original Office on July 16

The City of College Station's Utility Customer Service office will return to its permanent location at 310 Krenek Tap Road after operating from a temporary office while repairs were completed.

The move will take place on Wednesday, July 15. Customers needing in-person assistance on Wednesday should visit the temporary office at 300 Krenek Tap Road before 3 p.m. The front counter will close at 3 p.m. to allow staff to complete the move. Phone service will remain available until 5 p.m.

Beginning Thursday, July 16, all Utility Customer Service walk-in and phone services will resume at 310 Krenek Tap Road. The City appreciates customers' patience and understanding during the temporary relocation and transition back to the permanent office.
