Update on Lincoln Avenue Rehabilitation Project

Progress continues on Phase 2 of the Lincoln Avenue Rehabilitation Project, with sub-grade stabilization underway for Phase 2B from Monte Carlo to east of 1021 Lincoln Avenue. This phase is expected to be completed within three weeks. 

Following Phase 2B, Phase 2C will require a full closure from west of 1021 Lincoln Avenue to Grand Oaks Circle. Phase 2D from Grand Oaks Circle to University Drive will finalize water line installation, with one crossing to complete.

Construction between Texas Avenue and Monte Carlo has been completed, and the roads are open to traffic. Detours remain in place to accommodate ongoing work in other areas of Phase 2.

Substantial completion is scheduled for the end of March, pending weather and unforeseen conditions.
