TXDOT public meeting about Harvey Road Coordinator Plan set for Tuesday

TxDOT will host its first public meeting about the State Highway 30 (Harvey Road) Corridor Plan on Tuesday from 5-7 p.m. at the Meyer Senior and Community Center. The corridor plan for Harvey Road between Associates Avenue and FM 158 will address future growth needs by adding travel lanes, enhancing safety, and providing new bicycle and pedestrian facilities.

The meeting will be an open house with information boards and an opportunity to ask questions. The project was selected as part of Brazos County's 2022 transportation bond.

Funding for the project has been identified in the Bryan/College Station Metropolitan Planning Organization's long-range plans but is not expected for 5-10 years.
