The proposed rezoning of about 238 undeveloped acres east of Greens Prairie Road and W.S. Phillips Parkway (item 9.3 on the agenda), scheduled for Thursday’s City Council meeting, has been postponed to allow the developer to meet with area residents to address concerns.
