New Residents

Welcome to College Station

We’re so glad you’re here! Below are some resources to help with your transition.

College Station Utilities (CSU)

Utility Customer Services is open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Your bill includes electric, water, sewer, garbage, roadway maintenance, and drainage. If you have an electric, water or wastewater outage or issue, have your CSU account number ready and call 855.528.4278.

Solid Waste & Recycling Services

The Public Works Department provides all solid waste services to the residents and businesses. Recycling is currently contracted to BVR Waste and Recycling for single-family residences. Download the College Station Curbside app from the links on the Collection Schedule page.

Code Enforcement

Many people don’t think about city codes until they receive communication from a Code Enforcement Officer.

Pet Owner Information

There is a leash law in College Station, when not on your property, dogs must be on a leash. Dogs, cats, and ferrets are required to be licensed, tagged, and vaccinated in Brazos County. Even if your pet is licensed elsewhere, you’ll still need to tag them here. You can purchase registration tags through your veterinarian or the Aggieland Humane Society.

Neighborhood Resources

Neighborhood Services maintains collaborative partnerships between neighborhoods, community organizations and the city.

Employment Opportunities

The City of College Station is not only a great place to live, but a great place to work! We offer full-time, part-time and seasonal jobs.
