Building Codes

The City of College Station has adopted the family of International Building Codes to regulate construction. You can view a copy of these codes in our office. We have adopted the following which came into effect on June 1, 2022.

Please note that energy conservation design requires 2021 IECC COMcheck compliance reports for multi-family and commercial building permits.
