Pool & Table Rentals

Host your next birthday party, family gathering or group celebration at one of our aquatic facilities. We offer private pool rentals at Cindy Hallaran Pool and Adamson Lagoon, as well as table rentals during public swim at Adamson Lagoon.

How To Reserve

Rentals for the 2026 season begin at 8 a.m. Monday, March 2.

Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis and will not be held without proper documentation and payment. Private pool reservations must be made at least 7 days before the requested date.

To reserve, call 979.764.3486 or complete the Pool & Table Rental Request Form. Submitting the form does not guarantee the requested date or facility will be available. Payment is accepted by cash, credit card or check payable to the City of College Station.

Table Rentals (Public Swim)

Fees and Schedule

Rates are per two-hour block, per table, at Adamson Lagoon during public swim hours. Each table seats 8–10 people. A maximum of four tables may be rented per time block. Tables are available only during the timeframes listed below. Admission fees apply.

Pool Rentals (Private)

Fees and Schedule

Rates are per two-hour block and require a $210 security deposit. Pools are available for rental only during the timeframes listed below. Private rentals include use of the entire facility, and lifeguards are provided. Reservations must be made at least 7 days before the requested date.

Up to 100 people:

  • Fridays (unavailable starting Aug. 14): 7:30–9:30 p.m.
  • Saturdays: 9:30–11:30 a.m. and 7:30–9:30 p.m.
  • Sundays: 7:30–9:30 p.m.

A $210 security deposit is required for all private pool rentals. Part or all of the deposit may be
forfeited if damage, excessive maintenance or extraordinary cleanup occurs.

Deposits will be refunded if:

  1. Rental terms are met.
  2. The facility is left in good condition.
  3. Cancellation procedures are followed.

Written cancellations must be submitted to the Parks Department at parks@cstx.gov or delivered to the Parks and Recreation Administrative Office (1000 Krenek Tap Road).

  • More than 10 days: If cancelled in writing at least 10 days before the event, a full refund of all fees and deposits will be issued.
  • 10 to 48 hours: If cancelled in writing less than 10 days but more than 48 hours before the event, all deposits will be forfeited.
  • Less than 48 hours: If cancelled in writing less than 48 hours before the event, all fees and deposits will be forfeited.
  • Inclement weather: At the Aquatic Supervisors discretion, if the event cannot be held or rescheduled due to inclement weather, fees and deposits will be refunded.

All refunds are processed by check within 30 days. No cash refunds will be issued.

  • Set-up is allowed 15 minutes before the rental start time.
  • Clean-up must be completed within 15 minutes after the rental end time.
  • Commercial groups may not rent the pool for profit.
  • Glass bottles and containers are prohibited.
  • Alcohol and popcorn are not allowed.
  • Piñatas, confetti, streamers, glitter and silly string are prohibited.
  • Food must be pre-cut before entering the facility.
  • Electricity and water access are not available for catering or food service.
  • Extension cords are not permitted on the pool deck.
  • College Station pool rules and regulations apply during all rentals.
