Residential customers need their ID with their address and a copy of their utility bill that shows they are paying for garbage services (single-family homes/duplex rate). If they do not have a copy of their utility bill with them, Twin Oaks staff can refer to the list that is provided by CSU. Please note, Twin Oaks charges special fees for tires, freon-containing appliances, load assistance, etc. Those fees are not covered by the "College Station Bill Account 32" so residents will be responsible for those out-of-pocket fees.
