The Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) applies to all structures and land uses within the city limits of College Station constructed after June 13, 2003, including any enlargements of, additions to, changes in, or relocations of existing structures and uses. Limited sections of the UDO also apply to all properties outside the city limits of College Station but lying within the extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ).
