Harvey Road Corridor Redevelopment Plan
The Harvey Road Corridor Planning Area covers Harvey Road from Texas Avenue to State Highway 6 and is bounded by Dominik Drive, University Oaks, the Wolf Pen Creek Trail, Holleman Drive, and the Northern Edge of Wolf Pen Creek Park.
The City will initiate the Harvey Road Corridor Redevelopment Plan process in 2026. The plan will provide a comprehensive roadmap for transitioning the area into a dynamic, mixed-use destination with a strong identity and economic trajectory, while tailoring it to the unique needs and opportunities of the area, including the consideration of the area’s existing conditions, current economic landscape, key attributes, and future growth potential.
