Parking in Northgate is getting a major upgrade.

Beginning 08/17/26, the City of College Station is introducing a modern parking system at the College Main Garage designed to make parking faster, easier, and more convenient. Whether you're visiting Northgate for dinner, shopping, entertainment, work, or a Texas A&M event, these enhancements are designed to improve your experience from arrival to departure.

Northgate continues to grow as one of College Station's premier destinations for dining, shopping, entertainment and special events.

These improvements are designed to:

  • Help visitors find parking faster
  • Improve traffic flow throughout the garage
  • Reduce congestion during peak hours
  • Speed up entry and exit
  • Provide faster and more flexible payment options
  • Improve the overall visitor experience
  • Better support Northgate businesses, employees and customers

The project also advances recommendations identified in several adopted City plans, including the Economic Development Master Plan, the Northgate Mobility Study and Operations Plan, and the Northgate Small Area Engagement Report.

  • Daytime (5 a.m.–10 p.m.): $75/month
  • 24-Hour Access: $100/month
  • Northgate Employee 24-Hour: $50/month*

*Proof of employment is required.

Annual Parking

  • Daytime: $720/year
  • 24-Hour Access: $1,000/year

  • A one-time $5 account setup fee applies.
  • Parking contracts authorize parking in the College Main Garage and are subject to availability.
  • Parking contracts do not reserve a specific parking space.
