In this week's episode of "What's Up, College Station?" Grace Hallowell and Municipal Court Judge Ed Spillane discuss how the fall warrant amnesty period (Oct.14-Nov. 1) provides a path for people to pay outstanding warrants and avoid jail. If you have an unpaid outstanding warrant, you could be arrested during the warrant roundup (Nov. 2-10).
