Looking for a chance to meet those who recently moved into your neighborhood? Monday is National Good Neighbor Day, and it's an ideal opportunity to welcome the newcomers — the first step in being a good neighbor. As an icebreaker, you can even present them with a free City of College Station welcome bag.
