Greater Northgate Small Area Plan

The Greater Northgate Small Area Plan covers University Drive from Wellborn Road to Texas Avenue and extends to the northern city limits. Key areas of interest are Northgate, the Northgate Entertainment District, Century Square, Hensel Park, Northpoint Crossing, and the North of Northgate plan area.

An at-large stakeholder committee has been an integral part of the planning effort.
