Holiday schedule for city offices, facilities, and solid waste

Most City of College Station offices and facilities will be closed Dec. 23-27 for Christmas and Jan. 1 for New Year’s Day.

Solid waste will be collected on the usual schedule on Monday and Tuesday but not picked up on Wednesday, Dec. 25, or Wednesday, Jan. 1. For those weeks, Wednesday routes will be collected on Thursday, Thursday routes on Friday, and Friday routes on Saturday.

The Lincoln Recreation Center and Meyer Senior and Community Center are closed from Dec. 23-Jan. 1, and the Southwood Community Center and Halter Nature Center are closed Dec. 22-Jan. 1. The Ringer Library is closed Dec. 23-25 and will close at 5 p.m. on Dec.31 and Jan. 1.

If you experience an electric, water, or wastewater outage, call College Station Utilities at 855-528-4CSU (4278). Please have your account number ready. Payments to the Municipal Court due on closure dates must be paid by the end of the next business day.
