The College Station Fire Department enjoys attending community events and teaching the community about fire safety. You can make a request for the fire department to attend your event at any time, though it is recommended that requests be submitted at least four weeks in advance.
Please be sure to specify on the request form in what capacity you would like the fire department to participate in your event. For example, some events like to ask the firefighters to show the apparatus to attendees, whereas others only want the apparatus parked nearby for attendees to see.

Saturday and Sunday
Availability is not guaranteed, and attendance is subject to the weather. If you have an all-day or several-hour event, the fire department may not be able to attend the event for the entire time period. Units will remain in service during the event and may need to respond to an emergency.
SPACE NEEDED FOR APPARATUS:
- Fire Engine: 40 feet by 30 feet
- Ladder Truck: 60 feet by 30 feet
- Ambulance: 30 feet by 30 feet
After your request has been submitted, a member of the fire department will contact you to schedule a time for your presentation. Please allow five business days for processing your request, although it is likely that your request will be processed within 48 hours.
