The South Knoll Area Neighborhood Plan was adopted by the City Council on September 26, 2013. The planning area is made up of just over five and half square miles and is bounded by Wellborn Road, Harvey Mitchell Parkway, Texas Avenue, Holleman Drive, Welsh Avenue and Southwest Parkway.
