Instructor Jose Aponte has 28 years of uninterrupted training and experience in ITF taekwondo and is a sixth-degree black belt from the International Taekwondo Federation. He's an active member of the official ITF taekwondo organization in the United States, with experience and participation in international championships and as a team trainer. We won’t have classes Nov. 22.

NATURE MOVEMENT & MEDITATION • REGISTRATION: JULY 31-CLASS DAY
This class aims to instruct young individuals in tranquil and fluid movements that draw inspiration from the natural world. The primary focus of the class is to equip participants with techniques to transform stress and anxiety into avenues for creativity and personal development. The instructor will teach mindfulness tools through fun movements, effectively assisting older teenagers in their preparedness to confront post-high school challenges. The class is guided by Kalea Hartman. Feel free to sign up for one class or multiple sessions. There will be no class on Nov. 23.

Aggieland Fly Fishers for a free monthly education session taught by certified casting instructors. All skill levels are welcome. The Aggieland Fly Fishers Club meeting follows each session from 6:30-8 p.m. and is open to the public.
