ABOUT MUNICIPAL COURT

The responsibility of a municipal court is to receive citations from the issuing departments, file and then process your citation in accordance with your legal options, plea or lack thereof. We set court dates, notify you of the judge's decision or prosecutor's recommendations, process warrants and check for case compliance. We are an unbiased party in the legal processing of your case.
