OUTDOOR GATHERINGS OF MORE THAN 10 PERSONS APPLICATION
On Oct. 7, Gov. Abbott issued
Executive Order GA-32 relating to the continued response to the COVID-19 pandemic, which remains in effect until otherwise modified, amended, rescinded by the governor. Outdoor gatherings in excess of 10 people (excluding those listed in paragraphs 1, 3, or 4 of GA-32), occurring within the corporate limits of the City of College Station, must be pre-approved by the Mayor. Executive Order GA-32 supersedes Executive Order GA-30, which was issued on Sept. 17.
If you want to have an outdoor gathering with more than 10 people, you will need to file an application at least 5 business days prior to the planned gathering.

MAYORAL ORDER MANDATING FACE COVERINGS
On June 25, Mayor Karl Mooney signed an emergency order requiring face coverings to be worn inside College Station businesses.
The order went into effect at 6 a.m. on June 29 and
will remain in effect until terminated by the College Station City Council or the Mayor's Declaration of Disaster is terminated, whichever occurs first.

OCCUPANCY LIMITS
To view all establishments and services allowed to open, their limited occupancy limits and the recommended minimum health protocols per Gov. Abbott's executive orders,
visit the Open Texas webpage. Additional protocols can be made to help protect the health and safety of all employees and customers.
Click here to view a list of most assembly-type businesses in College Station. If your establishment is not listed, you are then permitted to allow only one person per 60 square feet of indoor space. STAY HEALTHY, STAY SAFE
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, and/or use hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% of alcohol.
- Avoid touching your face.
- Continue to maintain at least 6 feet of distance from anyone you do not live with.
- Wear face covering that covers your nose and mouth.
- Clean AND disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily.
