PARK DETAILS
University Park was developed in the summer and fall of 2008. This is a heavily wooded park with some open areas. The park contains normal neighborhood park amenities, such as a sidewalk jogging/walking loop, drinking fountains, lighting, play equipment and a shelter. Parking will be included for 22 cars. Four of the ten acres of this park is a designated fenced canine station built specifically for dogs to socialize and exercise safely off-leash with separate areas for small and large dogs. The unleashed portion of the park has a variety of amenities including a swimming pond, a wash and hydration station, agility equipment and open space to play.
