PARK DETAILS
Located at the corner of Anderson Street and Holleman, Anderson Park was designed primarily to alleviate overcrowding on the few soccer fields that existed in the city at that time. The park contains five youth soccer fields of various sizes, two basketball courts, a playground, a lighted pavilion with restrooms and parking for thirty vehicles.

Funding for initial development was through the 1981 bond issue. Anderson Park is dedicated to Reverend Norman Anderson who was Minister of the College Station A&M Presbyterian Church from 1928-1963.
