The
Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) applies to all structures and land uses within the city limits of College Station constructed after June 13, 2003, including any enlargements of, additions to, changes in, or relocations of existing structures and uses. Limited sections of the UDO also apply to all properties outside the city limits of College Station but lying within the extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ).

Color Palette for a list of approved non-residential building colors. The actual palette of colors can be viewed at the office of Planning & Development Services in City Hall at 1101 Texas Avenue.
