The Lincoln Recreation Center offers programs for adults Mon.-Thu. from 9 a.m.-8 p.m. and Fri., 9 a.m.-6 p.m. This is the place to meet new friends, workout in our fitness center, enjoy indoor gym play and participate in special programs.

Equipped with cardio machines, weight-training circuit, single-station machines and a complete range of free-weight equipment including benches, barbells, and dumbbells.

PICKLEBALL
Pickleball is the new craze in leisure activities! This energizing sport combines elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong.

Ages 16+ • $10/season or $3/day • Wed. • Jan. 10-May 23 • 6:30-9 p.m.

OPEN GYM
Practice your basketball skills, meet friends and stay active. No reservations are necessary or accepted. Courts are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

OPEN REC NIGHT
Gather with friends for a game of table tennis, foosball or board games.

SPECIAL EVENTS

JUNETEENTH FREEDOM WALK
Celebrate Juneteenth, 2.2 mile legacy walk to George Bush Library and Museum, observing the uniquely Texas Holiday, which commemorates an official jubilee and ending of slavery in Texas, June 19, 1865. Storytelling will immediately following the walk.

PRAISES AT THE PAVILION
Join us at the Lincoln Recreation Center's W.A. Tarrow Pavilion for an evening of celebration through songs and dance.  Area spiritual groups, churches, soloists and praise teams will give musical interpretations signifying Juneteenth, a day of Jubilee and freedom.
