WEEKLY ACTIVITIES 

FITNESS CENTER
Use the treadmill or elliptical in the fitness room or get your steps in by walking indoors in the gym or outdoors under a covered pavilion. The fitness center is equipped with cardio machines, a weight-training circuit, single station machines and a complete range of free-weight equipment including benches, barbells and dumbbells. Participants must be a registered senior participant.

TABLE GAMES & DOMINOES
Enjoy a variety of board games, cards, dominoes, spades and pool.

Ages 50+ • Free • Mon.-Fri. • Weekly • 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

HOT LUNCH
A healthy, well-balanced lunch is served daily. Enjoy with approved client intake form.

Ages 60+ • Free • Mon.-Fri. • Weekly • 11:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m.

FOREVERSIZE
This class is specifically designed to encourage individuals to adopt healthy lifestyle practices through exercise and nutrition information. Exercises include toning, stretching, strength building and cardio workouts.

Ages 50+ • Free • Tue. & Thu. • 10-10:30 a.m.

BIBLE STUDY
A diverse but inclusive community of faith where seniors search, study and grow in the knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Ages 50+ • Free • Thu. • Weekly • 9:15-10 a.m.

HEALTH EDUCATION
Topics cover increasing functional capacity, improving self-care and stimulating one's social environment.

Ages 50+ • Free • 1st, 2nd & 4th • Tue. & Thu. • 10:30-11:30 a.m.

HOT BREAKFAST
A healthy, well-balanced breakfast that is prepared monthly by our senior group.

Ages 50+ • Free • 2nd Tue. • Monthly • 8:45-10 a.m.

NUTRITION EDUCATION
Texas A&M AgriLife Extension offers cooking demonstrations with healthy recipes.

Ages 50+ • Free • 3rd Tue. • Monthly • 10:30-11:30 a.m.

EXERCISE CLASS
Participants follow a video that encourages movement through dance. Exercises will tone, improve balance, and muscle and bone strength.

Ages 50+ • Free • 1st & 3rd Wed. • Monthly • 10-11 a.m.

BINGO
Winners will receive homemade chocolate chip cookies provided by Signature Select Services.

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION
Enjoy a potluck lunch and fellowship on the last Friday of each month.

CINCO DE MAYO CELEBRATION
Join us as we celebrate this memorable day in Mexican history. There will be food trucks, live entertainment, and prizes!
