Wellborn Community Plan

The Wellborn Community Plan was adopted by City Council on April 25, 2013. The plan addresses issues relating to community character, land use, and mobility.

The City created its Neighborhood, District, and Corridor Planning program to provide focused action plans for smaller areas of the City. Under this program, the City has also adopted the Central College Station Neighborhood Plan, the Eastgate Neighborhood Plan, the Southside Area Plan and begun work on the South Knoll Neighborhood Plan. These plans focus on the particular needs and opportunities of the areas.
