COLLEGE STATION POLICE DEPARTMENT
2/6/16 – News Release: Possession of Controlled Substance 16-001370
On 2-6-16 at approximately 2213 hrs, the College Station Police Department received a report of the possession of a controlled substance at a party in the 9200 block of Cottage Ln. Upon arrival in the area, officers were able to make contact with the residents there and were given consent to search the residence by each of them. Officers were able to recover 1.5 grams of what was tested and identified as cocaine at the scene. One resident claimed that he was the owner of the said cocaine and was arrested at the scene.
The person arrested was identified as:
Corte, Frank Julias III, 20 years of age, W/M, College Station, Brazos County resident.
For the charge of Possession of Controlled Substance HSC 481.115 ( c ), a 3rd Degree Felony, which is punishable by 2-10 years and an optional fine, not to exceed $10,000
