Stay informed on all city news and information from the City of College Station. We work diligently to communicate our strategies, policies and services offered in the community. Through Facebook and Twitter, we are able to get out the fastest information on traffic, police/fire alerts, utility notices and other important timely alerts. Don’t worry about having to following multiple social media accounts, the City of College Station only has ONE social media page to represent all departments.

Using the online application, we can provide unlimited and immediate insight into city issues and projects. With unique tags and customized links, readers can communicate with city staff or Council on any discussed topic.

Facebook  •

The Public Communications Department shares information, photos or videos about city news and events. Fans can interact with the city’s Facebook page through “likes,” comments and mentions, which allows for a city response to public concerns or comments.

Twitter  •
Followers of the city’s Twitter page receive instant, brief updates on City Council news, events, construction notices and other timely information. Have a question or comment? This is a quick way to get our attention — and answers.

e-Notifier |
E-mail notification system (RSS feed) that provides up-to-date information on topics or events of interest. To sign up, click here then enter your e-mail address, select the topics that you would like to receive and then click on the Subscribe button. Once you subscribe, whenever we post press releases/events to the website, and depending on the topics that you select, you will receive an e-mail about it.

SeeClickFix  •
The city has partnered with a third-party provider,, to provide an online and smart phone application that allows citizens to report code enforcement violations. The application uses GPS to identify a specific location and links the location with a photo of the issue taken with the smart phone. Once an issue has been reported, SeeClickFix facilitates communication with the corresponding Code Enforcement Officer via e-mail and the officer then determines the appropriate course of action. Individuals can track the status of their complaint, receive progress reports and comment on other complaints. SeeClickFix is handled through the Planning & Development Department.
