We all need building codes - whether in our homes, offices, schools, stores or places of entertainment. We rely on the safety of structures that surround us in our everyday lives. The public need for protection from disaster due to fire, structural collapse and general deterioration underscores the need for building codes and their administration.
All building and development applications can be downloaded from our website. Our applications are forms that can be electronically filled in, saved, and printed so that you can prepare your application prior to submitting it to our office. Please be aware that our applications may change from time-to-time, so please always use the applications below when submitting a new project. Please note that use of out-of-date applications can result in the delay of plan review, approval and permitting. For subsequent submittals, please include the Planning & Development Services Transmittal Cover Letter with your revised plans or documents.
