Pools

"Come have a Splash with us"

College Station Aquatics is part of the College Station Parks & Recreation Department. We have three municipal outdoor pools, which we operate during the summer months, and one indoor pool that we manage for the College Station Independent School District year round.

NOW HIRING

Looking for a summer job with decent pay, flexible schedules and the possibility of future summer employment? CS Aquatics is recruiting lifeguards for the summer 2010 season. No prior certification is required. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age in order to interview for the lifeguarding positions.

Those interested must attend an orientation session designed to give applicants an idea of what CS Aquatics is all about and also serves as a first-round interview. For more information, call 979.764.3540.

TRAINED STAFF

The College Station Parks & Recreation Department is very proud of the level of training that our aquatics staff is required to reach. We operate under the Ellis & Associates National Pool & Waterpark lifeguard training program. Each guard is trained in water safety skills, CPR, and first aid. Guards are required to have at least four hours of in-service per month. Since 1988, College Station Pools have been recognized by Ellis & Associates, Inc., as some of the safest facilities in the country.
